Returns and Refunds

At Kala by Ashi, every creation is handcrafted with care. Due to the handmade and often customized nature of our products, we kindly ask customers to review product details before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item arrives damaged.
• The wrong item was received.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Minor variations in color, texture, or finish that naturally occur in handmade products

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production or packaging has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
