Returns
At KalabyAshi, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted, making each piece unique. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing studio.kalabyashi@gmail.com along with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Each request will be reviewed individually.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed only in cases where a damaged, defective, or incorrect product has been received and a replacement cannot be provided. Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
